Learning Designer & Consultant, Bitville

About the role

This client-facing role blends learning design, capability development, and consulting. You will work closely with clients to solve complex challenges, design meaningful capability experiences, and help organizations navigate change, with opportunities to take on greater strategic responsibilities as you grow.

Work tasks

This is a hands-on role combining learning design and consulting to help clients shape their capability strategies, design engaging learning experiences, and implement organizational changes.

• Design learning journeys, workshops, and digital capability experiences
• Create high-quality content, storyboards, and digital learning assets
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative design sessions
• Identify client capability needs and development priorities
• Support proposal development and consultative solution design
• Contribute to projects involving organizational change and AI integration
• Collaborate with designers, consultants, and technology specialists

We are looking for

• Advanced communication and rhetorical skills in English (near-native level)
• Good knowledge of learning design and content creation
• Good facilitation skills for workshops and collaborative sessions
• Ability to listen actively, interpret client situations, and guide decision-making
• Willingness to work hands-on in a collaborative, office-centric environment

It is meritorious if you have

• Basic knowledge or strong curiosity about AI technologies and their business applications
• Background in learning design, consulting, coaching, storytelling and/or content creation
• Experience in consulting or client-facing advisory roles
