Part-time ArcGIS Specialist, Espoo

About the role

In this role, you will focus entirely on application configuration, user interface design, and testing, with no coding required. Work tasks

This role focuses on designing, building, and testing user-friendly GIS applications using ArcGIS Experience Builder, ensuring seamless geospatial solutions for business needs.

• Design and develop web applications using ArcGIS Experience Builder in an ArcGIS Enterprise and Portal environment.
• Configure and manage Web Maps, Web Scenes, and ArcGIS content.
• Work with Feature Layers, Map Services, and other ArcGIS services.
• Design and implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for GIS applications.
• Test, deploy, and document applications to ensure high quality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, GIS specialists, and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.

We are looking for

• Basic to advanced knowledge of ArcGIS and ArcGIS Experience Builder, which can be acquired through studies or work
• Good understanding of User Interface (UI) design principles
• Advanced professional communication skills in English
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a strong commitment to tasks

It is meritorious if you have

• Good communication skills in Finnish or Swedish
• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Portal environments
• Prior experience in application testing and documentation
